How to determine if an employer is offering "creditable coverage" as it relates to over 65 part D. When the employer is offering a high deductible wrapped with a true gap plan. The HD plan says its not creditable because it is not factoring in both (the combined)plans. Would the two combined plans make it "integrated" vs non integrated, which then drives is it creditable. It seems to me that this same issue would arise with HRA's

UHC actually has a tool online that you can use - but it doesn't cover every plan

The DOL doesn't conduct Audits, the conduct Investigations. In the event your clients get an opening or appointment letter, they will see it comes from an investigator conducting an investigation.
